**Addendum 8: Current Investments and MVP Development Approach**

**How We Are Building the MVP Today: The "Brain and Hands" Strategy**
Currently, to create the first working version of the product (MVP), we are applying a pragmatic strategy, described in detail on the website: [Link to Brain and Hands section].
Its essence is: engaging the best external specialists ("Hands") to implement clearly defined tasks under the direct control of the project's chief architect ("Brain"). This allows us to:
- Minimize bureaucracy and management costs.
- Guarantee architectural integrity through personal code review.
- Flexibly scale the team according to specific tasks.
The key condition for the success of this strategy is the presence of a technical founder-leader who deeply understands the entire architecture and can instantly assess the quality of implementation. In the DeepTechCore project, this condition is met.
**The Impact of AI Development: Cheaper, Faster, More Powerful**
Every year, artificial intelligence tools are rapidly improving. This directly impacts our strategy:
- The complexity of the project itself remains high, but our ability to solve these complex tasks using AI tools is growing exponentially.
- We actively use AI to accelerate code writing, generate documentation, analyze architectural decisions, and automate routine tasks.
- This means that the real cost and development timeline are decreasing, while the quality and reliability of solutions are increasing, compared to estimates made just a year ago.
**Current Resource Estimate for the MVP**
As of today, taking into account the described approach and available tools, our calculations are as follows:
- **Budget for creating a rough but functional MVP:** approximately $250,000.
- **Labor effort (equivalent):** about 5 person-years of development, assuming competent management and division of labor (architect + external contractors).
This estimate is realistic and based on the detailed architecture and specifications that have already been created. We are at a point where even moderate investments will allow us to move from the design and prototyping phase to the creation of a full-fledged, demonstrable product, ready for pilot implementations.
