**1. Why Does the Country Need This? (Transforming Efficiency)**
The U3DSBGEXR platform and the digital twins created on its basis are not just an IT product. They are a tool for systematically increasing the efficiency of the state and businesses. As clearly demonstrated in our Use Cases, implementing the platform allows for:
- **Multiple Reductions in Costs:** Replacing physical prototypes with digital ones, remote maintenance and training, optimization of logistics and production processes.
- **Increased Transparency:** Digital twins provide a complete, objective picture of the state of any object or process in real time, eliminating "gray areas" and corruption risks.
- **Greater Accessibility:** Immersive technologies make education, culture, and public services accessible to all citizens, regardless of their place of residence or physical capabilities.
This is about changing the quality of governance and the quality of life on a systemic level.
**2. Taxes vs. Systemic Returns**
From the perspective of direct tax revenue from a single company, our project is indeed not a "gold mine" for the budget, especially considering the Astana Hub benefits during the growth stage.
However, this is fundamentally the wrong frame of reference for evaluation.
The taxes that the development company will pay are "dust" compared to the economic and social effect that the platform's implementation will bring to various spheres of the country's life:
- **Budget Savings:** Reduction in costs for in-person education, business trips, creation of physical stands and prototypes in the public sector and companies with state participation.
- **Productivity Growth:** Acceleration of design processes, employee training, and decision-making in industry and agriculture.
- **Investment Attraction:** The creation of modern technological infrastructure increases the country's investment attractiveness.
The main value of the project for Kazakhstan is not in the taxes that one company will pay, but in the multiplier effect of its product, which will save the budget billions and boost the efficiency of entire industries. This is an investment in technological sovereignty and the future competitiveness of the country.
